Great location close to bars, restaurants etc. Had a nice little balcony too and the room was spacious and clean. It's very central so you get the buzz of city life going on and I like that but some people might find it a little noisy.

Unbeatable position, within 5-10 minutes walking to everywhere, right next to the strategic Plaza de Los Luceros, where all trams stop, easy fast and cheap trip to San Juan Beach (fantastic), supermarket 3 minutes away. Not a new hotel but impeccably clean and even with a "Franco Era" old-school charm. Got an unrequested upgrade to my room. Cleaning staff always smiling and clearly treated well (very important for me), very helpful and polite at the reception. A total bargain, for the price: recommended!

A good central location. Not as close to the marina as I would usually stay but this hotel had last minute availability and was perfectly adequate. A little dated but exceptionally clean. My room had a small balcony with brilliant views of the Castle and city. Staff, including housekeeping, were absolutely excellent and very helpful. No frills hotel but absolutely fine as a base. Air conditioning in the bedroom was perfect.

Friendly staff, downtown location, just a few steps from several types of shopping and dining opportunities. It's located really close to the Luceros tram station and the train station isn't far also. The old town is within a walking distance too. The beach (Playa del Postiguet) is well within a manageable walk.

Situated in a quiet Street , but cllose to the Railway Station, I was lucky and got a superb room with a view of the Castello!

Great location and wonderful welcome at reception - couldn't do enough to help. The rooms are basic and a little dated, but clean and quiet. Right in the middle of the action of Alicante, the hotel is central, with easy access to shops, eating, bars and anything else you need. Recommend.

The location was perfect for Luceros tram station and the airport bus, bars and restaurants nearby and the view from our room was amazing

Breakfast was good. Everything as expected with a continental breakfast. The man who worked behind the counter was lovely. Receptionists very helpful indeed. If I had only one complaint the mattress was too hard. Had a difficult nights sleep with it. I could hardly move when I first got up. So uncomfortable. That's my only complaint. For what we paid it was great. Apart from the bed
